• Enroll learners in the respective regular program. • Act as the primary resource providing the highest quality customer service advising students, parents, and other constituents in regard to SCE programs, eligibility, resources; and policies and procedures of the school as appropriate. • Analyze SCE applications and supporting documentation to determine eligibility and reviews test results to ensure admission pre-requisites compliance, reviews and processes applications by utilizing software and prescribed school and office policies; resolves data discrepancies. • Follow up on missing or deficient information; resolves problems related to admissions process by clarifying complaint, determining cause of the problem, and advising the best solution • Enroll applicants in the proper SCE admission entrance exams according to the list received by ETAD. • Handle timely problems during the student registration process including holds, adds, drops, self-service registration system problems; answers student and department inquiries regarding registration and schedule conflict issues as related to the SCE Enrollment Services office and in accordance to student privacy laws (FERPA) and university policies, as appropriate to the school. • Assist students with course renewals and grade petitions; ensures new policies approved by the SCE cabinet are followed; notifies students and department of outcome, as appropriate to the unit. • Assess fees for internal/external scholarships and assists students in processing refund and deferral of fees and completing the required approval form in coordination with authorized office Managers.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 3 -5 years, preferably in a related field

Other Skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment • Good analytical and problem solving skills • Very good use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Internet Explorer) • Ability to work under pressure
