Job Level Junior
• Enroll learners in the respective regular program. • Access Banner Student Information System to verify caller identity by in compliance with FERPA regulations and update learner information if outdated. • Provide detailed accurate information to incoming telephone calls from prospective applicants regarding SCE offerings, instructional calendar, admission & registration deadlines and course tuition fees by accessing the shared office server to view updated information on SCE offerings for quick reference during calls. • Transfer incoming calls to respective departments when additional in depth curriculum information are solicited by caller. • Record unanswered transferred learner incoming call inquiries to email departments for their follow up. • Assist callers in troubleshooting problems with Banner Self Service or activating SCE email account and Run Argos reports as needed for work processes. • Collect information on “How did you learn about us”. • Record number of incoming calls daily during marketing campaigns, to be consolidated and reported whenever needed through the office automated telephone log. • Assists in creating and maintaining computerized learner bio-records on Banner Student Information System; establishes and maintains logs, filing and recordkeeping systems. • Assist in the information front desk and/or admission counter during the peak periods.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 1 – 2 years’ experience, preferably in a related field.

Other Skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment • Good analytical and problem solving skills • Very good use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Internet Explorer) • Ability to work under pressure
